Cancelation Policy

Booth 801 wants every customer to have an amazing time with a photo booth at their event and we understand that the best laid plans sometimes change. Booth 801 will refund any amount you have paid less a $50 service fee for cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event. Cancellations made 10-29 days prior to the event are subject to a $150 service fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the event. In the case of a date change based upon a military deployment you will receive a 100% refund. If you need to reschedule your event, please let us know as soon as possible. If we are available for your new date, there is no charge to reschedule your booking.
